Describe your greatest achievement in your career so far: My previous project required daily collaboration and communication between different teams both in-country and overseas. My assigned tasks have been disrupted by delays and low productivity due to the pandemic. Instead of being paralyzed waiting for change, I decided to make this change by redefining the purpose of the task, fostering a seamless workflow between me and my team, and providing support to other team members. ‘team. In doing so, I used my vision for the project and my soft skills such as communication and leadership. I am proud to say that not only were we able to deliver the project, but also to earn the appreciation of all stakeholders.

How has COVID-19 changed your outlook on your career and life in general? Despite all its challenges, I believe this pandemic has enhanced my personal growth by learning the importance of flexibility and risk management. At work, I learned to have multiple backup plans and adapt to my work process. On the other hand, in my daily life, I have learned to enjoy every moment without stressing over the uncertainties.

What led you to pursue an MBA at this point and what do you hope to do after graduation? During my career in a consulting company, most of the jobs were project-based from the ideation phase to the implementation phase. So I had an overview and had been involved in different processes. Therefore, I learned the basic understanding of each component. I believe that with an MBA, I will be able to improve my skills and my leadership, and become more specialized to add more value and efficiency to each process.

After graduation, my goal is to continue my career in consulting, working on projects specifically related to business strategy and innovation, in order to provide better solutions to future clients. This corresponds to my goal of working for a job that is as stimulating as it is impactful.
